HOME GUARD NONE ISSUE ARM BAND

When I first spotted this I assumed It was a cut down sleeve of a great coat , however I actually now think its a genuine made arm band ,there has never been a designation stitched on and Infact there Isn't any room for one.
It genuinely looks like some was has used a great coat sleeve to make this.
